Anti-Spam Policy

Zen Labs Inc., operator of complizen.ai, prohibits the promotion of complizen.ai or any Complizen product or service through unsolicited bulk or commercial email.
Who this applies to
This prohibition binds Zen Labs Inc., its employees, its contractors, and any agency, reseller, partner, or other third party acting on its behalf or with its authorization.
No party is authorized to reference the complizen.ai domain in unsolicited bulk email under any circumstances.
How we send marketing email
Marketing email referencing complizen.ai is sent only to recipients who have either:
- Provided their email address directly to Zen Labs Inc. through a form on a Zen Labs Inc. web property, or
- An existing business relationship with the company.
Every such message identifies the sender, includes a working unsubscribe mechanism and our physical mailing address, and honors removal requests promptly.
Lists
Zen Labs Inc. does not purchase, rent, or trade email address lists for the promotion of complizen.ai.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy by an employee or contractor is grounds for termination. Violation by a partner or vendor is grounds for immediate termination of the commercial relationship.
Reporting a violation
Report email that violates this policy to abuse@complizen.ai. We investigate every report and terminate the sending source where a violation is confirmed.
